Under Contract!

Today at 11:30 am, a lady signed a purchase agreement for our Watson house! We are very excited, but nervous about the process. It will take a little longer because she is getting a loan from the USDA. So, the inspection will be more thorough and the paper work will take longer. Please pray that the government will work as quickly as possible!
